  1. Assist with the preparation and application of crop inputs, including fertilizers, pesticides, and other agricultural products.
  2. Operate and maintain equipment used for crop input application, such as sprayers and spreaders.
  3. Monitor crop health and report any issues or concerns to the supervisor.
  4. Perform physical labor tasks, such as loading and unloading supplies and equipment, lifting and carrying heavy objects, and working in various weather conditions.
  5. Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  6. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including inventory and application logs.
  7. Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure timely and effective completion of tasks.
  8. Keep work areas clean and organized to promote a safe and productive work environment.
  9. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and provide suggestions for process enhancements.
  10. Adhere to company policies and regulations, as well as local, state, and federal regulations related to agriculture and crop inputs.
  11. Uphold Cargill's reputation as a leader in the farming industry by delivering high-quality services and products.

  • Knowledge Of Crop Inputs: A Crop Inputs Labourer Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Fertilizers, Pesticides, And Other Crop Inputs Used In Agriculture. This Includes Knowledge Of Application Methods, Safety Protocols, And Proper Storage Procedures.

  • Physical Fitness: This Job Requires Physical Stamina And The Ability To Work Outdoors In Varying Weather Conditions. Candidates Should Be Able To Lift Heavy Objects, Stand For Extended Periods, And Perform Physically Demanding Tasks.
