- Develop and implement data analytics and reporting strategies that align with Cargill's overall business goals and objectives.
- Utilize advanced data analysis and visualization tools to identify trends and insights in supply chain processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data from various sources, including internal systems and external market data.
- Design and maintain data dashboards and reports to provide key stakeholders with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Identify areas for process improvement and optimization through data analysis, and work with internal teams to implement solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and reporting, and make recommendations for incorporating new technologies and techniques into Cargill's operations.
- Train and mentor team members on data analytics and reporting tools and methodologies.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of data through regular data audits and quality control measures.
- Communicate complex data findings and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive data.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to gather and analyze data to inform decision-making.
- Stay informed on regulatory and compliance requirements related to data analytics and reporting in the food industry.
- Act as a subject matter expert on data analytics and reporting, providing guidance and support to other teams within Cargill.
- Continuously evaluate and improve data analytics and reporting processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Represent Cargill as a thought leader in data analytics and reporting within the food industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Analytics, Data Science, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Data Analytics And Reporting, Preferably In The Food Industry.
Proficiency In Data Analysis Tools Such As Sql, Python, And Tableau.
Strong Communication And Presentation Skills To Effectively Communicate Insights To Stakeholders.
Knowledge Of Food Industry Trends And Regulations To Provide Meaningful Insights And Recommendations.
