  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive digital technology and data communications strategy in alignment with Cargill's overall business objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of communications professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key messaging and communication needs related to digital technology and data initiatives.
  4. Monitor industry trends and developments in digital technology and data to ensure our communications remain relevant and impactful.
  5. Oversee the creation and dissemination of compelling and effective communications materials, including press releases, social media content, executive speeches, and other collateral.
  6. Serve as a spokesperson and subject matter expert on all matters related to digital technology and data communications for Cargill.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and other key stakeholders to enhance Cargill's reputation and thought leadership in the digital technology and data space.
  8. Analyze and report on the effectiveness of digital technology and data communications initiatives, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
  9. Manage and allocate resources, including budget and staffing, to ensure the successful execution of digital technology and data communications strategies and initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In A Communications Or Digital Marketing Role, Preferably In A Corporate Or Agency Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Digital Technology And Data Analytics, Including Experience With Social Media Platforms And Web Analytics Tools.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Digital Marketing Campaigns, Including Social Media, Email, And Content Marketing Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Manage Cross-Functional Teams To Achieve Objectives And Drive Results.
