  1. Maintain and improve automation, electrical, and instrumentation systems to ensure efficient operation of facilities.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions in the systems.
  3. Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans for all automation, electrical, and instrumentation equipment.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for system improvements and upgrades.
  5. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in automation, electrical, and instrumentation technology.
  6. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards in regards to the systems.
  7. Train and mentor team members on proper usage and maintenance of the systems.
  8. Monitor and analyze system performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  9. Develop and maintain documentation for all automation, electrical, and instrumentation systems.
  10. Work with vendors and suppliers to source necessary equipment and parts.
  11. Participate in project planning and execution for new installations or upgrades.
  12. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including management, regarding system status and any issues.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to quality, safety, and environmental standards.
  14. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  15. Continuously look for ways to optimize processes and increase efficiency.
  16. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  17. Be a team player and support other team members as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Automation, Electrical, And Instrumentation In A Manufacturing Or Industrial Setting.

  • Proficiency In Programming And Troubleshooting Plcs, Hmis, And Other Control Systems.

  • Strong Understanding Of Electrical And Instrumentation Systems, Including Wiring, Sensors, And Instrumentation Devices.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Automation And Electrical Systems, Such As Nfpa 70E And Osha Regulations.
