  1. Conduct quality control tests on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure they meet company and industry standards.
  2. Perform regular inspections of production processes to identify any potential quality issues and make recommendations for improvement.
  3. Maintain and update quality assurance documentation, including product specifications, testing procedures, and quality control records.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve any quality-related issues that may arise.
  5. Monitor and report on key quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  6. Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and standards, including HACCP and GMP.
  7. Conduct supplier audits to evaluate their quality management systems and ensure the quality of incoming materials.
  8. Train and educate employees on quality control procedures and standards.
  9. Participate in the development and implementation of new quality control processes and procedures.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction related to quality control.
  11. Communicate quality-related issues and updates to relevant stakeholders, including management and customers.
  12. Stay current on industry trends and developments related to food quality and safety.
  13. Maintain a safe and clean work environment in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  14. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment and embody the company's values and culture.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Quality Assurance, Food Science, Or Agricultural Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Quality Control Or Quality Assurance Role, Preferably In The Food Or Agriculture Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Quality Management Systems, Regulations, And Standards Such As Iso 9001, Haccp, And Gmp.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Recommendations For Process Improvements.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Effectively With Stakeholders At All Levels.
