  1. Conduct laboratory tests and analyses to ensure the quality and safety of food products.
  2. Utilize specialized equipment and techniques to accurately test and analyze food samples.
  3. Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability of results.
  4. Follow established procedures and protocols for handling, testing, and documenting food samples.
  5. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tests and analyses.
  6. Monitor and maintain laboratory inventory and supplies.
  7. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working in the laboratory.
  8. Identify and troubleshoot any issues or discrepancies in test results and communicate them to the appropriate parties.
  9. Document and report test results accurately and efficiently.
  10. Continuously stay updated on industry standards and best practices in food safety and quality.
  11. Assist in the development and implementation of new testing methods and procedures.
  12. Maintain a clean and organized laboratory workspace.
  13. Prioritize and manage workload to meet established deadlines.
  14. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  15. Contribute to a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the laboratory and the company as a whole.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Chemistry, Food Science, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Laboratory Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Good Laboratory Practices (Glp) And Quality Control Procedures.

  • Familiarity With Laboratory Equipment And Instrumentation, Including Hplc, Gc, And Spectrophotometer.

  • Strong Communication And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Report Data Accurately.
