  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and achieve sales targets for the agriculture and ingredient industry.
  2. Lead a team of sales professionals to ensure effective and efficient execution of sales strategies.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the industry to drive business growth.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
  5. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Cargill's product portfolio and effectively communicate its value to customers.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management And/Or Engineering Leadership Roles

  • Proficiency In Autocad, Microsoft Office, And Other Relevant Software

  • Strong Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Engineering And Construction Projects

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
