  1. Develop and implement data management and governance strategies to ensure the integrity, security, and effectiveness of company data.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data management needs and provide guidance on best practices.
  3. Monitor and maintain data quality and accuracy, identifying and addressing any issues or discrepancies.
  4. Stay current on industry trends and regulations related to data management and incorporate them into company practices.
  5. Create and maintain data governance policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.
  6. Lead data governance initiatives, including data privacy and protection efforts.
  7. Conduct data audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancements.
  8. Train and educate employees on data management policies and procedures, promoting a culture of data stewardship and accountability.
  9. Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement data management tools and systems.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to other teams and departments on data management related issues.
  11. Continuously evaluate and improve data management processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Uphold company values and promote a safe, responsible, and sustainable approach to data management.
  13. Work closely with leadership to develop and present data management reports and recommendations.
  14. Communicate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure understanding and alignment on data management initiatives.
  15. Continuously monitor data management performance and provide regular updates and recommendations for improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Computer Science, Data Analytics, Or Information Management.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Data Management And Governance, Preferably In A Hybrid Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Data Governance Principles And Regulations, Such As Gdpr And Ccpa.

  • Experience With Data Management Tools And Technologies, Such As Sql, Hadoop, And Tableau.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Across Teams And Departments.
