  1. Conduct regular analysis of financial data to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  2. Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and verify financial information for reporting purposes.
  4. Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting.
  5. Stay updated with current accounting principles, standards, and regulations to ensure compliance.
  6. Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
  7. Prepare and present financial information to management and stakeholders.
  8. Perform month-end and year-end close procedures.
  9. Review and reconcile general ledger accounts.
  10. Identify and investigate variances in financial data and provide explanations.
  11. Assist with external audits and provide necessary documentation and support.
  12. Mentor and train junior accounting staff.
  13. Participate in special projects and initiatives related to financial analysis and process improvement.
  14. Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  15. Uphold company policies and procedures related to financial reporting and record-keeping.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Accounting Or Financial Analysis.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (Gaap) And Financial Reporting.

  • Experience With Erp Systems, Such As Sap Or Oracle, And Proficiency In Microsoft Excel.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Communicate Complex Financial Data.
