  1. Develop and implement strategies for managing third-party risks within the organization.
  2. Conduct thorough assessments of third-party relationships to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  4. Monitor and track third-party risk metrics and provide regular reports to leadership.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors to ensure effective risk management.
  6. Identify and escalate any potential high-risk third-party relationships to senior management.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in regulations related to third-party risk management.
  8. Review and analyze third-party contracts to identify any potential risks or gaps in risk management.
  9. Develop and implement plans to remediate and mitigate identified risks.
  10. Conduct regular training and awareness sessions for employees on third-party risk management.
  11. Act as a subject matter expert on third-party risk management and provide guidance and support to other teams as needed.
  12. Collaborate with internal audit and compliance teams to ensure adherence to risk management policies and procedures.
  13. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.
  14. Respond to any third-party risk incidents and develop action plans to prevent similar incidents in the future.
  15. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of third-party risk assessments and mitigation efforts.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Risk Management, Business Administration, Or Finance.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Third-Party Risk Management.

  • In-Depth Knowledge And Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Best Practices Related To Third-Party Risk Management.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Identify, Assess, And Mitigate Potential Risks Associated With Third-Party Relationships.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
