Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Workforce Management: The Ideal Candidate For A Sr. Process Specialist, Workforce Management Role At Capital One Should Have A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Workforce Management, Preferably In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: This Role Requires A Candidate Who Can Analyze Complex Data And Identify Trends, Patterns, And Insights To Make Data-Driven Decisions. The Ability To Think Critically And Creatively To Solve Problems Is Essential.

  • Proficiency In Wfm Tools And Systems: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Workforce Management Tools And Systems Such As Verint, Aspect, Or Genesys. They Should Be Able To Use These Tools To Optimize Scheduling, Forecasting, And Real-Time Monitoring Of Operations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Sr. Process Specialist, Workforce Management Will Be Working Closely With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Hr, Finance, And Operations. Therefore, Effective Communication And Collaboration Skills Are Crucial For This Role.
