- Develop and drive the overall strategy for enterprise payments products, in line with the company's goals and objectives.
- Lead a team of product managers to execute on the product strategy and ensure successful delivery of products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to bring innovative solutions to market.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and gather insights on customer needs and preferences.
- Create and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value and customer impact.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of products and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the competition and identify potential partnerships and collaborations.
- Communicate product vision and progress to stakeholders, including senior leadership, and gather feedback to inform product decisions.

Extensive Experience In Product Management: A Sr. Manager, Product Manager- Enterprise Payments At Capital One Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Product Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Enterprise Payment Products.
Strong Understanding Of The Payments Industry: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Payments Industry, Including Emerging Trends, Technologies, And Regulations. They Should Also Have Experience Working With Different Payment Networks And Processors.
Strategic Thinking And Business Acumen: As A Senior Manager, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Setting The Vision And Strategy For Enterprise Payment Products. They Should Have Strong Business Acumen And Be Able To Think Strategically To Drive Growth And Profitability.
Leadership And Team Management Skills: The Sr. Manager, Product Manager- Enterprise Payments Will Be Leading A Team Of Product Managers And Working Closely With Cross-Functional Teams.
