  1. Develop and implement strategic financial solutions to support the growth and prosperity of underserved communities.
  2. Lead and manage a team of underwriters, portfolio managers, and loan managers to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  3. Conduct thorough and accurate underwriting analysis to assess the creditworthiness of potential community finance clients.
  4. Manage and monitor loan portfolios to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  5. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to community finance to ensure compliance and inform decision-making.
  7. Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and community organizations to promote the company's community finance initiatives.
  9. Develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals and objectives, including loan growth and profitability targets.
  10. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote community finance and expand the company's network.
  11. Monitor and analyze financial performance and make recommendations for improvement to senior leadership.
  12. Act as a mentor and coach to team members, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
  13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve processes and procedures related to community finance.
  14. Communicate effectively with senior leadership and present reports and recommendations on a regular basis.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Experience In Underwriting, Portfolio Management, And Loan Management

  • Strong Analytical And Financial Modeling Skills

  • Experience In Community Finance And Working With Affordable Housing Projects

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With A Proven Track Record Of Managing Teams And Driving Results.
