  1. Develop and implement innovative technology solutions to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  2. Lead and mentor a team of engineers to drive strategic initiatives and achieve company goals.
  3. Drive the development and implementation of new technologies and techniques to improve processes and systems.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve and evolve the company's technology strategy.
  6. Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members to help them achieve their goals and grow in their roles.
  7. Ensure the quality and reliability of all technology solutions by conducting thorough testing and providing support for any issues that may arise.
  8. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the Engineering department.
  9. Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including executives and other leaders, to provide updates on project progress and drive alignment on goals.
  10. Act as a thought leader and represent the company at industry events and conferences to showcase our technology capabilities and advancements.
