
Sr. Associate, Product Management, Service Catalog
We are looking for a Sr. Associate, Product Management, Service Catalog to join our team at Capital One and drive the strategy and execution of our Service Catalog. As the Sr. Associate, you will be responsible for managing product initiatives and leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services. The successful candidate must have the ability to think strategically and lead with a customer-centric mindset.The ideal candidate will have a collaborative approach and be able to work with a wide range of stakeholders to develop and execute product strategy. You must have a strong understanding of the Service Catalog, product management, and software development lifecycle best practices. You must also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. An understanding of cloud technologies and Software as a Service (SaaS) is preferred.
