  1. Lead the development and implementation of innovative financial products and services within the On Demand Finance team.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends.
  4. Develop business cases and product requirements based on market insights and customer feedback.
  5. Work closely with design and engineering teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of products.
  6. Oversee product testing, launch, and post-launch analysis to ensure product success and customer satisfaction.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners to drive product growth and adoption.
  8. Monitor and analyze product performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to inform product strategy.
  10. Mentor and train junior product management team members.
  11. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Economics, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Product Management Or Related Role

  • Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Launching Successful On-Demand Finance Products
