Sentry Shift Supervisor

- Oversee and lead a team of security personnel during assigned shift.
- Monitor security operations center activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Train and mentor team members on security protocols and emergency procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement security strategies and protocols.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of security incidents and investigations.
- Conduct regular assessments of security measures and identify areas for improvement.
- Respond to and manage emergency situations, including coordinating with law enforcement and other emergency services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in security technology.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding security issues and updates.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to security operations.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Create and maintain a positive and safe work environment for employees.
- Represent the company in a professional manner to clients, visitors, and external stakeholders.
- Handle any other security-related tasks or duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Security Or Law Enforcement Field, With At Least 1 Year In A Supervisory Role.
High School Diploma Or Equivalent, With Additional Training Or Certification In Security Or Related Field Preferred.
Proven Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage A Team, Including Scheduling, Training, And Performance Evaluations.
Knowledge Of Security Protocols And Procedures, Including Emergency Response And Incident Management.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Various Levels Of Personnel And Handle Sensitive Situations With Tact And Professionalism.
