  4. Write clean, efficient and well-documented code following software engineering best practices.
  5. Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues.
  6. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  7. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure the use of cutting-edge tools and techniques.
  8. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and maintenance.
  9. Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
  10. Mentor and coach junior team members to help them grow and develop their skills.
  11. Continuously improve and optimize existing codebase to enhance performance and scalability.
  12. Adhere to company coding standards and guidelines.
  13. Collaborate with testing teams to ensure the delivery of bug-free software.
  14. Communicate project progress and challenges to project managers and stakeholders.
  15. Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Java And Python Programming Languages, With A Strong Understanding Of Object-Oriented Design Principles And Software Development Best Practices.

  • Proven Expertise In Spring Boot Framework, Including The Ability To Design And Implement Complex Enterprise Applications Using Spring Modules Such As Spring Mvc, Spring Security, And Spring Data.
