  12. Participate in planning and estimation activities for software development projects.
  13. Continuously improve and optimize software performance.
  14. Work closely with product managers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  15. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and provide recommendations for their implementation.
  16. Act as a subject matter expert in full stack development and provide guidance to team members.
  17. Collaborate with other Senior Software Engineers to drive innovation and improvement in the team.
  18. Take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Full Stack Development: A Senior Software Engineer At Capital One Should Have A Strong Background In Both Front-End And Back-End Development, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Full Stack Solutions.

  • Proficiency In Multiple Programming Languages: The Ideal Candidate Should Be Well-Versed In A Variety Of Programming Languages, Such As Java, Python, Javascript, And Sql, To Be Able To Work On A Diverse Range Of Projects.
