  1. Design and develop innovative solutions on the Salesforce platform to drive meaningful impact for customers.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
  3. Implement and maintain Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the Salesforce platform.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and make recommendations for implementation.
  6. Lead and mentor junior Salesforce developers to ensure best practices and high-quality code.
  7. Collaborate with project managers and business stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  8. Continuously improve and optimize the Salesforce platform to enhance the user experience.
  9. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce and provide guidance and training to other team members.
  11. Participate in the development of technical documentation and user guides.
  12. Keep track of industry trends and provide recommendations for new technologies and tools to enhance the Salesforce platform.
  13. Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to Salesforce development and implementation.
  14. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals and progress.
  15. Maintain a high level of quality and accuracy in all work and deliverables.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience With Salesforce: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience Working With Salesforce, Including Experience With Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, And Other Salesforce Products.

  • Strong Technical Skills: A Senior Salesforce Engineer Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Salesforce Architecture, Apex Programming Language, And Other Technical Tools And Languages Used In The Salesforce Ecosystem.

  • Project Management Experience: The Role Of A Senior Salesforce Engineer Often Involves Leading And Managing Projects, So The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successful Project Delivery And Strong Project Management Skills.

  • Salesforce Certifications: Capital One May Require Candidates To Have One Or More Salesforce Certifications, Such As Salesforce Certified Platform Developer Or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect.
