- Design and implement SailPoint identity and access management solutions to meet the needs of the organization.
- Maintain and optimize the SailPoint platform to ensure continued efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the SailPoint platform.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in SailPoint and related technologies.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and other stakeholders.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and system configurations.
- Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical issues.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancements to the SailPoint platform.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project status.
- Mentor and train junior team members on SailPoint best practices and technologies.
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to integrate systems and troubleshoot issues.
- Participate in project planning and prioritization, ensuring that deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
- Adhere to Capital One's policies and procedures, as well as industry best practices, to ensure the security and integrity of our systems.
Extensive Experience With Sailpoint Identityiq: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience Working With The Sailpoint Identityiq Platform, Including Experience With Installation, Configuration, And Customization.
Strong Knowledge Of Identity And Access Management (Iam) Principles: The Senior Sailpoint Engineer Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Iam Concepts, Including Authentication, Authorization, And Access Control, As Well As Experience With Common Iam Protocols And Standards.
Expertise In Java Development: As Sailpoint Identityiq Is Built On Java, The Ideal Candidate Should Have Strong Java Development Skills, Including Experience With Object-Oriented Programming, As Well As Experience With Web Application Development.
Ability To Lead And Mentor A Team: The Senior Sailpoint Engineer Will Be Responsible For Leading And Mentoring A Team Of Engineers, So Strong Leadership And Communication Skills Are Essential.
