  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Atlanta market.
  2. Utilize financial expertise to provide exceptional service and support to clients.
  3. Ensure client satisfaction and retention through effective communication and problem-solving.
  4. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  5. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and developments.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to meet client needs and drive business growth.
  7. Monitor and analyze client performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  8. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services.
  9. Participate in networking events and establish new relationships to expand the company's client base.
  10. Mentor and provide guidance to junior relationship managers.
  11. Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  12. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions.
  13. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
  14. Prepare and present reports to senior management regarding client performance and account activity.
  15. Continuously strive to exceed performance goals and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Relationship Management: A Senior Relationship Manager At Capital One Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In Managing Client Relationships, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
