1. Develop and execute the product strategy for Capital One's financial products, in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.

10. Adhere to regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the development and launch of new products.
11. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the product team and across the organization.
12. Represent Capital One and our product offerings at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities.
13. Act as a thought leader and advocate for our products, both internally and externally, and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points in the financial industry.
