Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Platform Engineer, Workday to join our team at Capital One. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing our Workday platform to keep up with the ever-changing needs of our customers. You will be an integral part of our technology team, working collaboratively with colleagues and teams across the organization.To be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep technical understanding of Workday and experience in building, operating, and troubleshooting Workday integrations. You should also be a strong problem-solver who takes initiative to ensure the platform is running smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain a robust Workday platform that meets the needs of our customers.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to Workday.
  3. Ensure the platform is running smoothly and efficiently.
  4. Build and operate Workday integrations.
  5. Collaborate with colleagues and teams across the organization.
  6. Develop and implement strategies for platform optimization.
  7. Stay up to date on latest trends and advancements in Workday technology.
  8. Proactively identify potential issues and take initiative to solve them.
