  1. Develop and implement risk management strategies for technology systems and operations at Capital One.
  2. Lead a team of risk management professionals and provide guidance and support in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks.
  3. Conduct risk assessments and identify potential vulnerabilities in technology systems and operations.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain risk management policies and procedures.
  5. Monitor and analyze technological trends and advancements to identify potential risks and recommend risk mitigation strategies.
  6. Communicate with senior leadership to provide updates on risk management initiatives, potential risks, and mitigation efforts.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance standards related to technology risk management.
  8. Conduct regular training and awareness programs for employees to promote a culture of risk management and security.
  9. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and address potential risks in new technology initiatives.

  15. Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve risk management processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Technology Risk Management, Preferably In A Financial Institution.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Information Security Principles And Best Practices, Including Risk Assessment, Control Frameworks, And Regulatory Compliance.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Risk Management Strategies And Frameworks In A Complex And Dynamic Technology Environment.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
