- Lead and oversee the development and implementation of advanced Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions for Capital One's customer experience.
- Drive and manage the AI/ML program, ensuring successful delivery of projects within budget and timeline.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for AI/ML initiatives, aligning them with the overall business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to identify and prioritize AI/ML opportunities.
- Stay updated on the latest AI/ML trends, technologies, and tools to continuously improve and enhance Capital One's AI/ML capabilities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive adoption and implementation of AI/ML solutions.
- Communicate project progress, updates, and risks to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
- Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies related to AI/ML development and implementation.
- Drive a culture of innovation and creativity within the AI/ML team, encouraging new ideas and approaches to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with other senior managers to identify and implement process improvements to optimize the AI/ML program's efficiency and effectiveness.
- Represent Capital One at industry events and conferences to showcase our AI/ML capabilities and thought leadership.
- Act as a change agent, promoting the adoption and integration of AI/ML solutions throughout the organization.
- Proactively identify and address any challenges or roadblocks in the development and implementation of AI/ML solutions.
- Continuously monitor and measure the success and impact of AI/ML initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.
