  1. Lead and manage the Software Engineering team in the Bank Tech division at Capital One.
  2. Drive the development of innovative and cutting-edge solutions for our banking products.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  4. Develop and maintain technical roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  5. Manage the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and deployment.
  6. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  7. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
  8. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and improvement within the team.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and effectively communicate project progress and updates.
  10. Ensure adherence to coding standards, quality assurance, and security protocols.
  11. Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet project timelines and deliverables.
  12. Drive a culture of collaboration, teamwork, and accountability within the team.

  14. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Software Engineering: A Senior Manager In This Role Should Have A Strong Background In Software Engineering, Including Experience With Full Stack Development And Familiarity With Various Programming Languages And Frameworks.
