- Lead and manage a team of software engineers to design, develop, and deliver full stack applications that meet business requirements and exceed customer expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineering teams, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Drive the technical direction and strategy for full stack applications, keeping up with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
- Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and support to foster their growth and development.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to ensure continuous improvement and achievement of goals.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, and communicate any potential roadblocks to project timelines.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices, and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Monitor and track project progress, and provide regular updates to upper management on project status and any potential issues.

Extensive Experience In Software Engineering: A Qualified Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Software Engineering, With A Strong Understanding Of Full Stack Development And Various Programming Languages Such As Java, Python, And Javascript.
Leadership And Team Management Skills: As A Senior Manager, The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams, Including Developers, Testers, And Designers. They Should Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Team Members And Stakeholders.
