- Lead a team of project managers to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor and track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and provide regular status updates to senior leadership.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project management team.
- Mentor and coach team members to develop their project management skills and ensure high-quality project delivery.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and standards.
- Communicate project updates and progress to relevant stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in project management and financial services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between project teams and senior leadership to ensure alignment and support for project objectives.
- Drive a customer-centric approach in project delivery, ensuring that solutions meet the needs of our customers.
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively to ensure successful and timely delivery.
- Continuously monitor project performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure project success.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Project Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Delivering Complex Projects Within A Corporate Setting.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Project Managers, With A Focus On Creating A Positive And Collaborative Work Environment.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Project Management Methodologies, Such As Agile And Waterfall, As Well As Project Management Tools And Software.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Management, Or A Related Field. Pmp Certification Is Preferred.
