Job Qualifications

  • Strong Project Management Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Project Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Complex Projects Within Tight Timelines And Budgets.

  • Leadership And Interpersonal Skills: As A Senior Manager, Project Management At Capital One, The Candidate Must Have Excellent Leadership And Interpersonal Skills To Manage And Motivate A Team Of Project Managers, Stakeholders, And Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Strategic Thinking Abilities To Identify Potential Risks, Develop Contingency Plans, And Make Sound Decisions To Keep Projects On Track. They Should Also Have Excellent Problem-Solving Skills To Address Any Issues That May Arise During Project Execution.

  • Financial Acumen: Capital One Is A Financial Institution, And The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Financial Management Principles. They Should Be Able To Develop And Manage Project Budgets, Forecast Project Costs, And Ensure Projects Stay Within Allocated Budgets.

  • Project Management Certifications: Having A Pmp (Project Management Professional) Certification Or Other Relevant Project Management Certifications Is Highly Desirable For This Role. It Demonstrates The Candidate's Knowledge And Expertise In Project Management And Their Commitment To Ongoing Professional Development.
