- Develop and implement strategic plans for the ongoing success and growth of the Capital One Shopping platform.
- Lead a team of product managers to drive the development and enhancement of new and existing features for the platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and data analytics to ensure alignment and delivery of a high-quality product.
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify new opportunities for the platform.
- Define and prioritize product roadmap initiatives based on business goals and customer needs.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics to measure the success and impact of product features and make data-driven decisions.
- Manage and communicate product updates, timelines, and progress to stakeholders and leadership.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support the growth and expansion of the platform.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior product managers to support their professional growth and development.
- Continuously assess and improve processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness of product development and management.
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Product Management, With A Focus On Consumer-Facing Products And Services.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Large-Scale Products, Preferably In The E-Commerce Or Financial Technology Industries.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing Cross-Functional Teams, Including Product Designers, Engineers, And Analysts.
Extensive Knowledge Of Agile Product Development Methodologies And Experience Using Data-Driven Insights To Inform Product Strategy And Prioritize Features.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Product Vision And Roadmap To Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
