
Senior Manager, Incentive Design

- Develop and implement incentive programs that align with company goals and drive high performance from employees.
- Conduct research and analysis to inform incentive program design and ensure competitiveness in the market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, finance, and leadership, to gather input and ensure alignment with overall company strategy.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing incentive programs and make recommendations for improvements.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in incentive design to continuously improve and innovate our programs.
- Ensure all incentive programs are compliant with company policies and regulations.
- Communicate incentive programs clearly and effectively to employees, including training and education on program details and eligibility requirements.
- Analyze and forecast budgetary needs for incentive programs, including tracking expenses and reporting on program ROI.
- Lead and mentor a team of incentive design professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality and timely deliverables.
- Foster a positive and engaging work environment by promoting a culture of recognition and rewards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address any issues or concerns related to incentive programs.
- Maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors involved in the implementation and management of incentive programs.
- Act as a subject matter expert on incentive design, providing guidance and support to other departments as needed.
- Ensure all incentive programs are fair, equitable, and inclusive, promoting diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the employee experience related to incentive programs, seeking feedback and implementing changes as necessary.
Extensive Experience In Incentive Design And Compensation Strategy: A Senior Manager In This Role Should Have A Strong Background In Designing And Implementing Incentive Programs, As Well As A Deep Understanding Of Compensation Strategy And Industry Best Practices.
