Senior Manager, Data Loss Prevention

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Data Loss Prevention to join our team at Capital One. Required qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, or a related field• At least 5 years of experience in a DLP or cyber security role• Proven ability to develop DLP strategies and implement security practices• In-depth knowledge of DLP technologies, software, hardware, and processes• Working knowledge of cyber security best practices• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills• Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement an effective Data Loss Prevention strategy across the organization.
2. Lead the project team to ensure successful execution of the strategy.
3. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of DLP technologies, software, hardware, and processes.
4. Monitor and analyze DLP trends, policies, and procedures.
5. Identify potential risks and create plans to mitigate them.
6. Stay up to date with regulations and best practices in cyber security.
7. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
8. Provide training and guidance to personnel on DLP policies and procedures.
9. Prepare reports on the progress of DLP initiatives.
10. Develop and maintain relationships with partners and vendors.
