- Lead and manage a team of data engineers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure successful completion of projects.

Extensive Experience In Data Engineering: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Data Engineering, With A Proven Track Record Of Designing And Implementing Large-Scale Data Solutions. They Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Data Warehousing, Etl Processes, Data Modeling, And Data Governance.
Strong Technical Skills: The Senior Manager Should Have A Strong Technical Background And Be Proficient In Programming Languages Such As Python, Sql, And Java. They Should Also Have Experience With Big Data Technologies Such As Hadoop, Spark, And Kafka. Knowledge Of Cloud Computing Platforms Like Aws, Azure, Or Google Cloud Is Also Desirable.
Leadership And Management Skills: As A Senior Manager, The Candidate Should Have Excellent Leadership And Management Skills To Oversee A Team Of Data Engineers.
