  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive data analytics strategy for the organization in line with business objectives.
  2. Lead a team of data analysts and scientists, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to drive their professional development and maximize their potential.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and opportunities, and use data to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
  4. Oversee the creation and maintenance of data models, dashboards, and reports to track key performance indicators and measure the success of data-driven initiatives.

  8. Collaborate with IT teams to identify and implement data infrastructure and technology improvements to support data analytics efforts.

  10. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of data analytics initiatives, making adjustments as needed to maximize impact and ROI.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Data Analytics: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Data Analytics, With A Proven Track Record Of Delivering Successful Projects And Driving Business Insights Through Data.
