Senior Manager, Cybersecurity Risk (Identity & Access Management)

As a Senior Manager of Cybersecurity Risk, you will play a key role in developing and executing the Identity & Access Management (IAM) program to ensure that our information systems are secure and compliant. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in IT and/or information security, with at least 5 years of experience in identity & access management. As a Senior Manager, you must have a technical background in IAM, with expertise in designing, deploying and managing IAM solutions. You must also have a strong understanding of information security principles and best practices, along with a comprehensive understanding of authentication, authorization and access control technologies. Responsibilities:

1. Design, deploy, and manage IAM solutions to ensure the security of Capital One's information systems.
2. Monitor and evaluate the performance of IAM systems, identify areas of improvement, and implement solutions to enhance security.
3. Develop policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
4. Train and mentor team members on IAM concepts and best practices.
5. Act as a subject matter expert on IAM related topics and provide technical guidance to other teams.
6. Collaborate with other security teams to identify and address risks.
7. Produce regular reports to track progress and performance of the IAM program.
8. Stay up to date on the latest security trends and technologies.
9. Identify and document security incidents and take appropriate measures to mitigate the risks.
