Extensive Experience In Cloud Security: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Cybersecurity Product Management, With A Focus On Cloud Security. They Should Have Hands-On Experience In Designing And Implementing Secure Cloud Infrastructure And Applications, As Well As A Strong Understanding Of Cloud Security Best Practices.
Proficiency In Identity And Access Management (Iam): As The Role Requires A Focus On Iam, The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Iam Principles And Technologies, Such As Saml, Oauth, And Openid Connect. They Should Also Have Experience In Implementing Iam Solutions For Large Organizations.
Strong Leadership Skills: A Senior Manager In This Role Should Have Excellent Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Manage A Team Of Product Managers, Engineers, And Other Stakeholders. They Should Have Experience In Setting Product Strategy, Driving Execution, And Delivering Results In A Fast-Paced Environment.
