Senior Manager, Cybersecurity Product Management (Cloud/IAM)

- Develop and lead the overall strategy for our cloud and IAM security products, in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
- Manage all aspects of the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to define product requirements and prioritize features.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging threats to continuously improve and innovate our security products.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product differentiation and growth.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into product development.
- Communicate product plans, progress, and results to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
- Ensure all products meet regulatory and compliance standards and maintain a strong focus on data protection and privacy.
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers to drive excellence and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on cloud and IAM security, providing guidance and support to other teams within the organization.
Extensive Experience In Cybersecurity Product Management, With A Focus On Cloud And Identity And Access Management (Iam) Technologies.
Strong Understanding Of Cloud Security Principles And Best Practices, As Well As Knowledge Of Major Cloud Service Providers And Their Security Offerings.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Launching Cybersecurity Products, Preferably In A Large Enterprise Or Financial Services Organization.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Iam Technologies And Frameworks, Such As Saml, Oauth, And Openid Connect, And Experience Integrating Them With Cloud Environments.
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
