  1. Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) and other relevant regulatory requirements.
  2. Monitor and assess the organization's CRA performance and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Serve as the primary point of contact for CRA-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain policies and procedures related to CRA risk management.
  5. Conduct regular training and awareness programs to promote understanding of CRA regulations and their impact on the organization.
  6. Stay updated on changes in CRA regulations and proactively communicate any potential impacts to relevant stakeholders.
  7. Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with CRA regulations and identify any areas of non-compliance.
  8. Work closely with community organizations and partners to identify and execute initiatives that promote financial inclusion and meet CRA requirements.
  9. Prepare and present reports on CRA performance to senior management and regulatory agencies.
  10. Provide guidance and support to other teams and departments to ensure their activities align with CRA regulations.
  11. Foster a culture of compliance and ethical behavior within the organization.
  12. Represent the organization in CRA-related meetings and events.
  13. Participate in industry forums and conferences to stay informed about best practices and trends in CRA compliance.
  14. Lead and manage a team of professionals responsible for CRA risk management.
  15. Continuously improve and streamline processes related to CRA risk management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Risk Management: A Senior Manager, Cra Risk Management Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, With A Strong Background In Risk Management Principles And Practices.

  • Knowledge Of Cra Regulations: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Community Reinvestment Act (Cra) Regulations And Guidelines, As Well As Experience In Implementing And Monitoring Cra Compliance Programs.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: This Role Requires A High Level Of Analytical Skills, Including The Ability To Interpret And Analyze Complex Data And Make Sound Recommendations Based On Risk Assessments.

  • Leadership And Team Management: As A Senior Manager, Cra Risk Management, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading And Managing A Team Of Risk Management Professionals. Therefore, Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills Are A Must.

  • Communication And Stakeholder Management: The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication Skills And The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Internal And External Stakeholders, Including Regulators, Auditors, And Business Partners. This Includes The Ability To Clearly Communicate Risks, Controls, And Remediation Plans To Senior Management.
