
Senior Manager, CRA Risk Management

- Develop and implement strategies and processes to ensure compliance with Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) regulations.
- Lead and manage the CRA risk management team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in CRA regulations and communicate any updates or changes to the team.
- Collaborate with various departments, including legal, compliance, and business units, to ensure CRA compliance is integrated into all business processes.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential areas of non-compliance and develop action plans to mitigate risks.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of CRA compliance controls and processes, making necessary adjustments as needed.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management and regulatory agencies regarding CRA risk management and compliance activities.
- Communicate and collaborate with external auditors and examiners during CRA audits and exams.
- Provide training and education to employees on CRA regulations and compliance requirements.
- Represent the company in CRA-related meetings and conferences, building and maintaining relationships with community organizations and stakeholders.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on CRA regulations and risk management, providing guidance and support to other departments as needed.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance CRA compliance and risk management practices.
- Foster a culture of diversity, collaboration, and innovation within the CRA risk management team and across the organization.
- Act as a positive role model and leader, inspiring and motivating team members to achieve excellence in CRA compliance and risk management.
Extensive Experience In Risk Management: A Senior Manager In Cra (Community Reinvestment Act) Risk Management Must Have A Deep Understanding Of Risk Management Principles And Practices, With A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In The Field.
Strong Analytical Skills: This Position Requires A Strong Analytical Mindset, With The Ability To Analyze Large Data Sets And Identify Potential Risks And Opportunities For Improvement.
Knowledge Of Cra Regulations: The Candidate Should Possess A Thorough Understanding Of The Community Reinvestment Act And Related Regulations, As Well As Experience In Interpreting And Implementing Them In A Financial Institution.
Leadership Skills: As A Senior Manager, This Role Requires Strong Leadership Abilities To Effectively Manage A Team Of Risk Management Professionals And Drive Results.
Communication And Collaboration: Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, Are Crucial For This Role As The Senior Manager Will Need To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders, Including Regulatory Agencies, Business Partners, And Internal Teams.
