Senior Manager, Application Security Engineer

We are excited to be searching for a qualified Senior Manager, Application Security Engineer to join our talented team at Capital One. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support for secure development practices across multiple products, architectures, and technologies. You will also be tasked with monitoring and responding to security issues, and ensuring that all security policies and procedures are properly followed.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in application security, along with a solid understanding of secure software development life cycle processes. You must also have experience with web application security, secure coding practices, and experience in a scripting language.Additionally, you must be highly organized and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You must also have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and have the willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
