  3. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to foster their growth and development.
  4. Develop and maintain coding standards, best practices, and technical documentation.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing software systems and make recommendations for improvements.
  6. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous innovation and improvement.
  7. Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  8. Ensure timely and efficient delivery of software projects by managing resources, timelines, and priorities.
  9. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.
  10. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
  11. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure software quality and participate in testing efforts.
  12. Communicate project status, risks, and challenges to stakeholders effectively.
  13. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

  15. Participate in recruitment and hiring processes to build a strong and diverse engineering team.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Full Stack Development: A Senior Lead Software Engineer At Capital One Must Possess A Deep Understanding And Experience In Both Front-End And Back-End Development.
