Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Software Development, With At Least 3 Years In A Senior Or Lead Role.
Extensive Knowledge And Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Java, Python, Or C++, As Well As Experience With Modern Software Development Tools And Technologies.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing A Team Of Software Engineers, Including Setting Goals, Providing Mentorship And Guidance, And Fostering A Collaborative And High-Performing Culture.
Strong Understanding Of Software Development Methodologies, Such As Agile Or Scrum, And Experience With Implementing And Driving Continuous Improvement In These Processes.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Concepts And Ideas To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
