  1. Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives in collaboration with business leaders to support the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of HR Business Partners to ensure effective and efficient service delivery.
  3. Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and provide expert HR advice and solutions.
  4. Drive the development and implementation of policies, programs, and processes to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  5. Oversee the recruitment and retention of top talent, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
  7. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to HR management.
  8. Analyze HR data and provide insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  9. Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees.
  10. Develop and manage HR budgets and resources to ensure effective and efficient operations.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR practices and policies.
  12. Act as a liaison between HR and other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  13. Drive a culture of performance and accountability through effective performance management processes.
  14. Develop and deliver training and development programs to support the growth and development of employees.
  15. Act as a role model for the company's values and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Hr Experience: A Senior Director, Hrbp At Capital One Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, With A Strong Understanding Of Hr Best Practices, Policies, And Procedures.
