  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive cloud strategy for the organization, in line with business goals and objectives.
  2. Lead a team of cloud architects and engineers, providing guidance and direction to ensure successful implementation of cloud solutions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and requirements for cloud technology.
  4. Evaluate and recommend appropriate cloud platforms and services to support the organization's technology roadmap.
  5. Oversee the design and implementation of highly scalable, secure, and resilient cloud infrastructure.
  6. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for cloud security and data protection.
  7. Stay updated on emerging cloud technologies and trends, and assess their potential impact on the organization.
  8. Drive innovation and continuously improve cloud processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  9. Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on the status of cloud projects and initiatives.
  10. Foster a culture of collaboration, teamwork, and continuous learning within the cloud architecture and engineering team.
  11. Mentor and develop team members, promoting their growth and development within the organization.
  12. Act as a liaison between the organization and external vendors and partners for cloud-related initiatives.
  13. Ensure project timelines and budgets are met, and proactively identify and address any potential roadblocks.
  14. Represent the organization at industry events and conferences, promoting our cloud capabilities and thought leadership.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Cloud Architecture: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Designing And Implementing Cloud Solutions, With A Deep Understanding Of Various Cloud Platforms, Including Aws, Azure, And Google Cloud.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Senior Director, The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Leading And Managing A Team Of Cloud Architects And Engineers, Driving Them Towards Achieving Organizational Goals And Objectives.

  • Strategic Thinking And Business Acumen: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Strategic Thinking Abilities And Be Able To Align Cloud Architecture And Engineering Efforts With The Overall Business Strategy Of The Organization.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Candidate Should Be An Effective Communicator And Collaborator, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Cloud Security: With The Increasing Importance Of Data Security, The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Cloud Security Principles And Best Practices, Along With Experience In Implementing Them In A Large-Scale Cloud Environment.
