- Act as a liaison between the Field Sales Analytics department and other teams within the organization to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will inform business strategies and drive sales performance.
- Develop and maintain models, dashboards, and reports to track key performance indicators and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional projects to improve processes, systems, and tools related to sales analytics.
- Collaborate with sales leaders to understand business needs and provide analytical support for decision-making.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to data analysis and sales performance optimization.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance data collection and analysis capabilities.
- Train and mentor junior team members on data analysis techniques and best practices.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Experience In Business Analysis, Data Analytics, Or Sales Strategy In A Corporate Setting.
Strong Leadership And Management Skills, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Developing High-Performing Teams.
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Visualization Tools, Such As Tableau, Power Bi, Or Sql.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Data Insights To A Non-Technical Audience.
