8. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely updates on account status.
9. Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
10. Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies and initiatives to improve overall performance of the commercial banking team.
