  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with small to medium sized businesses in the Dallas/Fort Worth market.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the bank's customer base.
  3. Utilize financial expertise to assess the creditworthiness of potential clients and make appropriate lending decisions.
  4. Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement strategies for growing the business.
  5. Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on industry trends and changes.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service to both new and existing business clients.
  7. Work closely with internal departments such as credit, risk, and operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
  8. Actively participate in community events and networking opportunities to promote the bank and its services.
  9. Monitor and analyze client financial data to identify potential risks and make recommendations for risk mitigation.
  10. Adhere to all banking regulations, policies, and procedures to maintain compliance.
  11. Serve as a mentor and resource for junior business bankers on the team.
  12. Consistently meet and exceed sales goals and targets set by the bank.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience.
  14. Maintain accurate and thorough records of all client interactions and transactions.
  15. Keep up-to-date with industry developments and changes in the local market to provide informed advice to clients.

Job Qualifications
  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Commercial Or Business Banking, With A Focus On The Dallas/Fort Worth Market.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Financial Products And Services, Including Loans, Lines Of Credit, And Cash Management Solutions.

  • Proven Track Record Of Building And Maintaining Relationships With High-Value Clients And Generating New Business Opportunities.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Financial Concepts To Clients And Colleagues.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field. Additional Certifications, Such As A Certified Commercial Investment Member (Ccim) Or Certified Treasury Professional (Ctp), May Be Preferred.
