  1. Develop and implement data-driven people strategies to support business objectives.
  2. Conduct in-depth analysis of employee data and provide insights to inform decision making.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
  4. Utilize cutting-edge data and technology to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
  5. Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics and trends.
  6. Communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  7. Lead and support projects related to people analytics and strategy.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in people analytics.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
  10. Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and solve complex business challenges.
  11. Ensure data accuracy and integrity, while also identifying and resolving data discrepancies.
  12. Train and mentor junior analysts on data analysis techniques and tools.
  13. Proactively identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert on people analytics and provide guidance and support to team members.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve upon existing people analytics processes and procedures.

  • Extensive Experience In Human Resources: A Senior Business Analyst For People Strategy & Analytics At Capital One Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of The Human Resources Function And Its Various Components, Such As Talent Management, Organizational Design, And Employee Engagement.

  • Advanced Analytical Skills: As A Key Member Of The People Strategy & Analytics Team, The Ideal Candidate Must Have Strong Quantitative And Qualitative Analysis Skills. This Includes Proficiency In Tools Such As Excel, Sql, And Tableau, And The Ability To Extract Insights And Trends From Data.

  • Strategic Thinking: The Role Of A Senior Business Analyst Requires A Strategic Mindset And The Ability To Think Critically And Creatively. This Includes The Skill To Identify And Evaluate Opportunities For Process Improvements And The Ability To Develop Data-Driven Recommendations For Business Leaders.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills: Given The Cross-Functional Nature Of The People Strategy & Analytics Team, A Senior Business Analyst Should Have Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills. This Includes The Ability To Work Effectively With Stakeholders At All Levels, From Front-Line Employees To Senior Executives.
