  1. Develop and implement data strategy initiatives across the organization to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
  2. Lead data analysis and provide valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into data requirements.
  4. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  5. Monitor and evaluate data quality and accuracy, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  6. Create and present reports and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data analytics to continuously improve our processes and strategies.
  8. Mentor and train junior analysts on data analysis techniques and best practices.
  9. Work closely with IT teams to ensure effective data management and governance.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert on data analysis and strategy development within the organization.
  11. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to drive innovation and expand data capabilities.
  12. Contribute to the overall success of the Enterprise Data Strategy & Analytics team by actively participating in team meetings, sharing knowledge and ideas, and staying aligned with company goals and objectives.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Data Analysis And Strategy Development: A Senior Business Analyst Should Have A Strong Background In Data Analysis, With A Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Effective Data Strategies For Large Enterprises.

  • Knowledge Of Enterprise Data Systems And Tools: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Various Data Systems And Tools, Such As Data Warehouses, Etl Processes, Data Visualization Tools, And Data Governance Frameworks.

  • Strong Business Acumen: A Senior Business Analyst Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Business Operations And Processes, As Well As The Ability To Identify And Translate Business Needs Into Data Requirements And Solutions.

  • Leadership And Team Management Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Lead And Manage A Team Of Business Analysts, Data Engineers, And Other Stakeholders To Ensure The Successful Implementation Of Data Strategies And Initiatives.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills: A Senior Business Analyst Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders, As Well As Present Data Insights And Recommendations In A Clear And Concise Manner.
